SUBJECT -017-

A creature design commission done for a friend. She wanted a raptor/dragon kind of escaped experiment creature based off a sketch she provided so this is what I gave her. Probably should have put more chains/ hints at it's escape or creation and backstory. Might go back and add some more details to make it more interesting in future. MAYBE.

Done completely in Photoshop CS5 over around 5-6 hours.
